Enugu: Construction Worker Feared Dead as Expatriate Throws Him from 4th Floor

Tragedy struck at the construction site of the proposed ultra-modern state secretariat in Enugu as a casual worker at the site was feared dead when an expatriate working with a construction company, allegedly  threw him down from the fourth floor of one of the buildings located near the State Police Command Headquarters.
It was gathered that  the expatriate (names withheld) , apparently from one of the Arab speaking countries, allegedly pushed the deceased down from the building at about 11.30am.
A source said that the expatriate, whom sources said is feared by many in the company over his brutality, pushed the deceased down after their  disagreement on how a particular work should be done at the site.

Sources told This Day that two workers at the site had reportedly lost their lives in similar circumstance last December.
Workers of the company were said to have attempted  to lynch the expatriate but the police intervened swiftly and took him away apparently for protective custody.

Enugu state Government need to look in to this sad incident is getting to bad the way Nigerians are treated in their own country.
