Manchester City Celebrate in style after lifting the EPL trophy [Pictured]

Manchester City lifted the Barclays Premier League trophy for the second time in three seasons amid jubilant scenes at the Etihad Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
Goals from Samir Nasri and Vincent Kompany helped City to a routine 2-0 win over West Ham and rendered meaningless Liverpool's 2-1 victory over Newcastle United at Anfield.
Thousands of City fans streamed on to the pitch at the final whistle to mob their heroes, with some wielding flares that billowed blue smoke across the scenes of celebration.
